Mr. Heinsen is the owner and managing partner of Heinsen Capital, LLC, an investment management firm based in New York.
Prior to forming Heinsen Capital in 2003, Mr. Heinsen was at Baring Americas Partners LLC, a private equity firm,
where he assisted in the hands-on turnaround of a portfolio company and also led an effort to invest in middle-market assets.
Prior to joining Baring, he was Managing Partner of a private investment partnership.
Until early 1999, Mr. Heinsen was a Vice President at the Chase Manhattan Corporation (now part of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.),
where he worked in media & telecommunications corporate finance, private equity investing (Chase Capital Partners), and global
syndicated finance. Before coming to the United States for graduate school in 1993, Mr. Heinsen worked primarily abroad as an
independent information-technology consultant. He holds an MBA degree from Harvard University's Graduate School of Business
Administration and a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering, summa cum laude, from Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo.

Shuky is a seasoned software industry executive, brings with him a combined 22 years of experience in the software industry, at Rafael in the defense industry, at Ready Systems in leadership positions within real time kernel development, and at Intel Semiconductors leading software projects around new processors and platforms. Shuky is currently in charge of 2,500 engineers as the General Manager of the Intel development center in Haifa. Shuky holds a Summa Cum Laude computer engineering degree from the Technion (Israel).

Myles is the President and Founder of JMMB Consulting Services, LLC.
Prior to forming JMMB, Myles was the Chief Information Technology Officer of FreshDirect,
he has additionally served in leadership positions as Chief Operating Officer
CapitalThinking, Chief Technology Officer Intralinks, Vice President Prudential
Insurance launching Prudential Online, Chief Information Officer Prudential Healthcare,
and Vice President Chase Manhattan Bank launching Chase.com. Myles has contributed
his insights to many publications including CNN, Computerworld, eweek, Information
Week, the New York Times, PC Magazine, and was most recently recognized with a CIO100 award.
Myles is a former member of the customer technology advisory councils for Compaq, HP, and Microsoft.

Gideon is a seasoned software industry executive, brings with him 19 years of experience. At Intel, Gideon developed various operating systems and was a software architect for the i860 chip. At Microsoft, Gideon worked on Windows 95, managed the development of MS Money 98 and MSN Sidewalk and Yellow Pages, and was the General Manager of the MSN publishing advertising and web traffic data mining platforms.
